A Message from the CEO

As my wife and I were riding our motorcycle back to Los Angeles from central California this past weekend with no wired or wireless headset intercom between my wife and me, I had 6 hours of riding and thinking.  My thoughts went to what makes Advanced Electronics, Inc. stand apart from other dealers and service companies?

The basic answers to this important question were as follows:

a. We are blessed to have a staff of highly trained technicians, installers, sales and support personnel who care about our business and about our customers!
b. 56 year relationship with Motorola, Inc.
c. Positive and long term relationship with 100’s of customers.
d. Our desire to always do our best for each and every customer.
e. Solving communication and security issues.
f. Bringing goods and services to our customers at a fair price.  
g. Always treating every one that we deal with in an honest and fair way.

After boiling these points down, we look for these same qualities in vendors that we do business with:

• Vendors that we know will be in business for the long-term.
• Vendors who are honest and fair; a vendor that will stand behind the product or service that we purchase.
• Vendors who will help us solve our issues and who will bring new products and services that will enable our business to be more efficient and productive.
• We want to develop a vendor “partnership.”

Just as I had time to contemplate this question while riding home on the bike; I ask you to answer the same question when you are choosing your communications provider. It is important for our continued growth that we develop a “Partnership” with each and every customer for the long-term.  We want to earn the right to be your preferred communications partner!
