Message from the CEO
July 2012
Summer is upon us and with that comes busy schedules, vacations and more time with family. Even though we are all very busy, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of making sure that your FCC license and radios meet the FCC narrowbanding regulations, which take effect on January 1, 2013. If you still have questions or you have not begun the process, please contact us and we can help.
As many of you may know, Advanced Electronics, Inc. has been in the closed circuit television business for over 30 years. We offer the latest technology in cameras, switching and recording. We also offer full maintenance on your existing camera system, including lens cleaning and system optimization.
Take advantage of our current offer:
Free camera system inspection at your location
and 1 hour of free repair labor should your system
require repair.
Offer is good until August 31, 2012
Just mention this Enewsletter when calling to schedule with
Denise our Dispatcher at 310-725-0410 Ext. 225.

All of us at Advanced Electronics, Inc. value the business relationship that we have with each of you. We are in business to serve you and your technology needs.
Enjoy your summer! Sincerely,
Bob Conrey |

| Results of the 2012 Public Safety Industry Study present a current snapshot of how public safety agencies are planning to use next-generation technology. The survey confirms the importance of reliable, real-time wireless voice and data communications in public safety environments. Despite perceived obstacles to implementing or upgrading their communications networks — such as lack of funding, unavailability of technology, lack of technical support and others — more than 65% of respondents note that they are planning to implement new communications technology in the next five years. When asked how prepared they were for implementing future technology, a little over half felt totally or somewhat prepared, with the remainder of respondents admitting they were not prepared or didn't really know.
