A Message from the CEO

Thanksgiving Day is just around the corner! At this time of year, I am reminded of the many positive things that have impacted our business and my life during this past year.

First of all, not many married couples are capable of working together. However, I am extremely fortunate that my wife Dee is our VP of Sales and Marketing. She and her team continue to do a great job in representing our company. I learned years ago to let her take charge and I know the job will get done! Good advice for most of us married men!

Secondly, we have been blessed with a wonderful team of co-workers! This past month we have added 6 new people to our team, with each one of them being a professional in their field. All of our team members take great pride in the work that they do for you and they understand the value of developing a long-term relationship with you!

Third, we have developed a rewarding long-term relationship with all of our suppliers. Our 48 year partnership with Motorola, Inc. is stronger than ever. We work to make the partnership a win/win/win; a win for our company, a win for Motorola and most of all a win for each one of you that do business with us!

Lastly, our entire staff is very thankful for each of you, our valued customer! Our business would not have endured 57 years if it were not for the value that you recognize in doing business with us. We realize that you have a choice with whom you do business. We will continue to work hard to bring you professional service offerings, competitive pricing, state-of-the-art products and individualized solutions that meet your requirements and your budget. We are truly thankful for your business!

Intrinsically Safe Factory Mutual (FM) Approval and Canadian Standards Association (CSA) labels are attached to the radio to identify the unit as being tested to both US and Canada intrinsically safe standards for specified hazardous atmospheres. The Approval label specifies the hazardous Class/Division/Group along with the battery part number. Their Approval marks are shown above.

The hazardous location ratings are divided into Class, Division, and Group to indicate the existence of flammable gases or vapors, ignitable dust, fibers, or filings under normal or unlikely conditions of operation.
