A Very Special Message from the CEO |

September 11, 2001, our nation was deliberately attacked by terrorist. Thousands of innocent people lost their lives and many thousands more have had to live with the loss of dear ones.
Dee and I are very blessed to have a loving family, including five grandchildren. Last year at the age of 12, our oldest grandson, Jacob, wrote the following poem about 9/11 911. Dee and I were moved by this poem and we would like to share it with you.

The hijack begins
Our nation at stake

The towers are still
The pentagon waits
The people, unprepared

The children cry
The parents comfort
Time moved so fast
The planes begin to fall their
Targets in sight

Panic begins,
Some take action, most wait and see
The unknown enemy
9/11 911
Hear the screams, of the scared
The planes closing in
9/11 911
The first’s one’s done
Its mission complete
The second follows
The first ones path
Now that the towers fall
The help shows up
Too late
The saviors rush to rescue the
Wounded
They move the lost

The pentagon stands
Its shell protecting it
From the light breeze
But when the plane falls
The building crumbles
An inescapable trap

Our military stronghold
Beat in a day
What happened?

The aftermath replays today
Our soldiers fight
For a better day
When will that dawn come?
